PCO Car Hire Service Plan Information

Vehicle Servicing : We do the car servicing. It’s hirer responsibility to take the vehicle to our recommended garage for serving as and when it’s due or scheduled during the hire plan. The vehicle’s scheduled maintenance checks should be done by hirer on regular basis like replacement of filters and all fluid top-ups.

Mileage Allowance : The plan is based upon covering no more than the Maximum Monthly Mileage in the PCO Hire Agreement, in the event that you cover more miles than the Maximum Monthly Mileage we will collect the payment of you at the end of each 4 week hire period.

Not Included : Insurence (depending on hire plan), Road Recovery Cover, replacement tyres, as per your plan we will deduct tyre wear & tear. All other consumables – bulbs, wiper blades, key fob batteries or any other part replacements whether covered under manufacturer warranty or not are not included.

Early Termination Fees With Weekly PCO Car Hire Plans

Rental Hire Contract

You have Flexible Termination Rights under all types of PCO Car Hire plans where you can cancel with in 14 days (2 weeks) after the agreement starts by giving us minimum 7 days notice.

Deposit Payment Is Refundable 1 Month After, When the Car Is Returned Back To Us.

Termination Fees

Weekly PCO Car Hire Plans Upto 3 Months

If you cancel within 14 days to 1 month after the hire date, your termination fee will be £299

If you cancel within 1 to 2 month after the hire date, your termination fee will be £199

If you cancel within 2 to 3 month after the hire date, your termination fee will be £99

Long Term Monthly PCO Car Hire Plans From 3 Months To 1 Year

If you cancel within 3 to 6 months after the hire date, your termination fee will be £699

If you cancel within 6 to 12 months, your termination fee will be £599
